I've lived within 1/2 mile of NIH for nearly 40 years (half of which in Maplewood), and consider NIH to be one of the primary attractions for our neighborhood. I also think that they and their related organizations have always tried to be not just good, but great neighbors. I think the residents of the FAES housing could add a very enriching element to our already cosmopolitan environment. I support the FAES student housing proposal.
